About the role
As the Team Manager for Prada’s flagship store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, you will act as a Brand Ambassador and business leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving the store’s financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets and maximize product performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business plans based on product analysis.
- Promote cross‑selling and up‑selling across all Prada product categories.
- Maintain an efficient sales‑floor layout, ensure Prada standards are met, and be a visible presence for the team and clients.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, building and nurturing personal client relationships.
- Encourage a digital mindset, leveraging technology to enhance client engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver a seamless client journey that reflects Prada’s unique brand values.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, capture client data, and manage after‑sales experiences.
- Identify new client acquisition opportunities and handle customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and motivate the team.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.
- Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action plans.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and digital retail tools.
- Commitment to Prada’s brand values and culture.
