About the role

The Sales Executive will turn qualified prospects into satisfied customers by promoting and selling tourism services such as travel packages, flights, and hotels. You will ensure a smooth purchase experience and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage qualified leads and follow up promptly.
  • Advise clients on destinations, packages, and travel experiences.
  • Close sales of tourism services (packages, flights, hotels, etc.).
  • Identify client needs and propose personalized solutions.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operational team to ensure proper execution of sales.
  • Achieve commercial targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and client information.
  • Handle objections and negotiate sales terms.
  • Participate in commercial strategies and sales campaigns.

Required profile

  • Proven sales experience, preferably as a closer.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
  • Experience using CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the tourism sector.
  • Intermediate English for communication with suppliers and clients.
  • Education in Tourism or a related field.
