Senior Manager of Corporate Stores

About the role

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its corporate‑owned stores across multiple markets. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations, drives growth, and ensures a consistent, high‑quality client experience in its expanding skincare retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance and operations of 5‑12 corporate stores in markets such as Minnesota and Florida.
• Manage Store and District Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and retention targets.
• Own full P&L for all corporate locations, including revenue, labor, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and monitor market‑level budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze KPIs and operational trends to identify gaps and implement margin‑improving strategies.
• Drive accountability for labor targets, inventory control, and operational spending.
