Assistant Buyer – Beauty E‑commerce

About the role

THG Beauty is looking for an organised and analytical Assistant Buyer to support the growth of Dermstore’s premium product assortment. You will work closely with the Category Buyer, ensuring the product catalogue is accurate and that vendor collaborations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end product assortment for the assigned category, from SKU creation to launch.
• Maintain and optimise product catalogue data, including pricing, content and images.
• Edit brand pages to highlight hero products and new arrivals.
• Identify and lead optimisation projects to improve site conversion.
• Secure samples and gifts‑with‑purchase for promotional events.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction.
