Account Manager – Own Net Revenue Retention

About the role
CXT Software is seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to own and grow a $5M‑$10M+ portfolio of courier, route delivery, and healthcare customers. You will be directly responsible for Net Revenue Retention (NRR), driving expansion, renewals, and customer outcomes in a high‑ownership, rebuild‑phase SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own NRR for your book of business and meet expansion, renewal, and retention targets.
- Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities and progress them to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3‑4x coverage) against quota.
- Proactively manage renewal cycles, flag at‑risk accounts early, and execute recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM and communicate risks.
- Lead commercial conversations with customers on pricing, renewals, and contract changes.
- Partner with Product, Support, and Services to deliver outcomes and resolve issues.
- Contribute to shaping the AM function by refining playbooks, processes, and best practices.
Required profile
- 4‑8+ years of experience in mid‑market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
- Experience owning revenue targets such as NRR, expansion, or renewals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
