About the role
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (Sales) to drive new customer acquisition, manage partner relationships, and expand existing accounts for VIDIZMO’s AI‑powered Data Intelligence Platform. The role blends hunting and farming activities in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial, enterprise, government, and partner stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close new customer accounts within assigned territories.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through targeted outreach, events and campaigns.
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder mapping and opportunity qualification.
- Manage partner and channel relationships, drive renewals and account expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver pipeline analytics, lead intelligence and intent‑driven demand programs.
- Ensure customer value, adoption and long‑term partnership growth.
Required profile
- Highly analytical and execution‑oriented with a strong focus on revenue outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.
- Demonstrates strong judgment and ownership of deliverables, especially when using AI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI assistance tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with data‑intelligence platforms and AI‑driven solutions.
