About the role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (Sales) to drive new customer acquisition, manage partner relationships, and expand existing accounts for VIDIZMO’s AI‑powered Data Intelligence Platform. The role blends hunting and farming activities in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial, enterprise, government, and partner stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and close new customer accounts within assigned territories.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through targeted outreach, events and campaigns.
  • Lead discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder mapping and opportunity qualification.
  • Manage partner and channel relationships, drive renewals and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver pipeline analytics, lead intelligence and intent‑driven demand programs.
  • Ensure customer value, adoption and long‑term partnership growth.

Required profile

  • Highly analytical and execution‑oriented with a strong focus on revenue outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment and ownership of deliverables, especially when using AI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with AI assistance tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience with data‑intelligence platforms and AI‑driven solutions.
