Guest Environment Expert

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable guest experience. Working across guest rooms, public spaces and service areas, you will be the frontline ambassador of hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply areas.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public spaces.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold quality standards for cleanliness, presentation and uniform appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
