Part-Time Line & Pantry Cook (Back of House)

About the role

Hill's Resort is seeking enthusiastic part‑time Line Cooks and Pantry Cooks to join its back‑of‑house team in Priest Lake. You will prepare and plate a variety of hot and cold dishes, maintain a clean work environment, and support the kitchen during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion standards and plating guidelines set by kitchen leadership.
• Set up and stock the designated line or pantry station with required ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling and rotation using FIFO principles.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prep work for other stations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, line cooks and front‑of‑house staff during service.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Prepare guest orders accurately, efficiently and consistently.

Required profile

• Previous kitchen or food‑prep experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Current food‑handler safety certification.
• Ability to follow instructions and work from recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with reliability and punctuality.
