Guest Service Representative – Front Desk (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests during check‑in and check‑out, handling payments and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with accuracy and courtesy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and document any incidents.
• Maintain daily front‑desk logs and manage cash handling procedures.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
