CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k-$160k Salary, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a home‑weekly schedule – five days on the road and two days at home – with vacation after 90 days of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53' or double trailers across regional service centers.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule each week.
• Operate all equipment safely and comply with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA transition criteria).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
