Team CDL A Truck Driver – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule, with weekly vacation after 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain safe equipment operation and comply with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Haz‑mat, tanker, double/triple trailer endorsements (preferred).
• Experience with LTL freight and hauling hazardous materials.
