About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Beach Club Director to lead an exclusive beachfront venue in New York City. The role combines operational oversight with a commitment to delivering an unrivaled luxury experience for members and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Direct all day‑to‑day operations of the beach club, ensuring service excellence.
- Manage, recruit, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team.
- Oversee member services, reservations, and concierge functions.
- Plan and execute high‑profile events, private functions, and seasonal programs.
- Maintain brand standards, health and safety compliance, and financial performance.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or upscale leisure venues.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of premium guest expectations and service delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
