Workplace Experience Associate

About the role

REGENT is scaling its innovative Seaglider transportation platform and needs a Workplace Experience Associate to ensure a welcoming, well‑run office environment across four locations. You will be the connective tissue between people, space, and systems, supporting daily operations, dining services, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean, functional, and stocked workspaces; serve as primary point of contact for employee workplace needs.
• Manage office dining programs, vendor relationships, dietary accommodations, budgets, and health‑standard compliance.
• Oversee office logistics including inventory, seating coordination, meeting‑room readiness, and front‑desk visitor support.
• Partner with facilities vendors, handle maintenance escalations, and ensure safety and emergency readiness.
• Support onboarding/off‑boarding, event execution, and documentation of workplace processes.

Required profile

• Experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities coordination, or hospitality.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• People‑centered, upbeat, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack and ticketing systems.
• Basic office technology competence.
