Senior Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

Reflection is a research lab building open AI models. We are looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own and improve the hiring systems and data as we scale from 300 to 400 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Ashby ATS, including permissions, templates, interview plans, and job setup standards.
• Design and deliver reporting dashboards covering pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, interviewer load, and SLA compliance.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, hygiene sweeps, and corrective actions.
• Develop and manage training materials, logistics, and measurement for interviewers and hiring managers.
• Maintain the recruiting wiki, onboarding documentation, and run candidate experience surveys to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or talent systems with full ownership of an ATS.
• Hands‑on experience implementing, migrating, or re‑configuring Ashby.
• Proven ability to build decision‑making dashboards and define recruiting metrics.
• Comfort with integrations and automation tools such as Zapier, APIs, or webhooks.
• Strong attention to data quality and a proactive, high‑agency work style.
