Technical Recruiter

About the role

Radical Numerics is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring across AI/ML researchers, engineers, and operators. You will build the recruiting function from the ground up, shaping processes that scale with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle searches: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Design and manage interview loops, panels, and candidate communications.
• Publish job postings on platforms such as Hacker News and relevant forums.
• Maintain the Ashby hiring dashboard, reporting on pipeline health and time‑to‑hire metrics.
• Develop intake, calibration, and debrief practices for growing hiring volume.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup.
• Proven ability to recruit ML researchers, engineers, or scientists and close hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Credibility with technical candidates and ability to pitch complex AI/biology work.
• Comfort building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Passion for a generational company at the intersection of AI and biology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Expertise in sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience.
• Strong written communication for offer letters and candidate outreach.
