Account Project Manager

About the role

Talent Global, a US‑based remote recruiting agency, is seeking an organized Account Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison for client accounts, coordinate recruitment projects, and ensure successful talent placements. This remote, full‑time position works during US business hours with a focus on delivering high‑quality service to LATAM‑based talent and US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding hiring needs and communicating them to the recruitment team.
• Track recruitment progress, schedule and host client‑candidate interviews, and maintain accurate records in CRM, spreadsheets, and project‑management tools.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule while supporting account growth.
• Prepare candidate profiles, automate workflows using Monday.com, and manage contractor documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, client success, operations, recruiting coordination, or HR support.
• Experience managing at least six client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1/C2) and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
