Senior Analyst, Global Mobility & Immigration

About the role

Ramp is seeking a highly organized Senior Analyst to make immigration and global mobility processes clear, responsive, and scalable. The role splits time between coordinating active cases and building workflows, dashboards, and AI tools to reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate immigration, work‑authorization, relocation, and business‑travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners, maintaining accurate trackers and deadlines.
• Provide timely, compassionate updates to employees and route complex legal questions to counsel.
• Build and maintain centralized workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Own the case tracker and dashboard, ensuring data quality, reporting, and risk visibility.
• Develop self‑service content, communication templates, and operational documentation.
• Prepare case trends, SLA performance, and employee feedback for vendor and counsel meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years in People Operations, immigration operations, global mobility, or a similarly detailed service environment.
• Strong process‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience improving workflows with AI, automation, spreadsheets, dashboards, or ticketing systems.
• Clear, empathetic written communication and discretion with sensitive information.
