Senior Recruiter, G&A

About the role

Ramp is seeking Senior Recruiters to lead critical searches across its G&A functions, initially focusing on leadership hiring within G&A or searches in Risk and Compliance. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders across multiple functions, and developing fluency in each area supported.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority G&A searches, from intake to offer and close.
• Develop deep understanding of supported functions to identify exceptional talent beyond titles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring theses, calibrate standards, and design interview plans.
• Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, and passive candidate engagement.
• Advise leaders using market intelligence and recruiting data to improve hiring decisions.
• Maintain high‑velocity, disciplined processes while delivering a personal candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record leading complex or senior‑level searches independently.
• Strong talent judgment, market mapping ability, and the credibility to advise senior leaders.
• Ability to quickly build fluency in unfamiliar functions and manage multiple searches at pace.
• Experience with AI‑enabled recruiting workflows and disciplined ATS management.
