Senior Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Senior Analyst to own and manage employee data throughout the lifecycle as the company transitions to Workday. You will ensure data accuracy, structure, and seamless flow into downstream systems from day one of the Workday go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Process and approve role changes, transfers, promotions, relocations and other employee data updates using internal ticketing systems.
• Own bulk data changes such as reorganizations, compensation cycles and mass updates, including preparation, validation, loading and post‑load verification.
• Build and run regular reconciliations between Workday and downstream systems, monitor integration errors, and collaborate with HRIS, payroll and benefits partners to resolve issues.
• Define data standards, ownership and controls, and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday HCM data changes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits data and HRIS integrations.
• Proven ability to design reconciliation, audit or error‑reporting processes from scratch.
