About the role

REGENT is building the Seaglider, a revolutionary wing‑in‑ground‑effect craft for coastal transportation. As a Technical Recruiter you will partner with engineering and operations leaders to attract world‑class talent and help scale the company from prototype to full production.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build exceptional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and leadership.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a wide range of technical and business roles, creating proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking and events.
• Guide candidates through every stage, providing timely communication and a candidate experience that reflects REGENT’s culture.
• Use data, market insights and candidate feedback to continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven experience end‑to‑end recruiting in fast‑moving startup or growth‑stage environments.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills with hard‑to‑reach talent.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings and take ownership with urgency.
• Strong communication, trust‑building and a genuine care for people.
