Weekend Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care during weekend home visits in North Tucson. The role supports clients to remain safely at home while delivering high‑quality, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post‑acute care including management of CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post‑surgical needs.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, patient education, and safety monitoring.
• Document assessments, wound care, and OASIS data accurately at point of care.

Required profile

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on experience with adult/geriatric patients in acute, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute or rehab settings.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize visits, and escalate concerns when needed.
