RN Clinical Associate – Home Care

About the role

The Clinical Associate is a Registered Nurse who provides clinical oversight, case management, and field support for BAYADA Assistive Care/Home Care clients in the home setting. The role works closely with the Director, Service Supervisor, and office team to ensure safe, compassionate, high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in‑home client assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and perform required reassessments.
• Provide ongoing clinical and case‑management oversight for an assigned caseload, coordinating with physicians and documenting verbal orders.
• Supervise and coach home health aides, conduct competency evaluations, and promote caregiver engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and Client Services Manager to match caregivers with clients, address concerns, and maintain strong client‑family relationships.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality‑improvement activities, ensuring accurate documentation in BAYADA systems.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Two or more years of recent clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
