Weekend Demo & Training Specialist – Small Kitchen Appliances

About the role

Join BDS Connected Solutions as a Weekend Demo & Training Specialist representing Philips Domestic Appliances. You will engage consumers and store associates through product demonstrations and training sessions at specialty retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑store product demos and training for retail sales associates and managers.
• Travel within a 30‑mile radius to visit all stores in the assigned territory on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain product displays, ensure functionality, and verify merchandising compliance.
• Report market intelligence and competitive insights to help shape program tactics.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail, marketing, or agency experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification before starting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
