Route Sales Representative

About the role

The Route Sales Representative drives revenue by up‑selling and cross‑selling Alsco Uniforms' services while delivering superior customer service on an assigned route.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit new customers, upsell/cross‑sell product lines and maintain a profitable product mix.
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely, manage route paperwork, handle payments and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Build customer relationships, resolve concerns, and maintain service agreements.
• Participate in promotions, training, audits and monitor competitive activity.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license (CDL when applicable) with a clean driving record.
• High school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb and move carts up to 500 lb.

Required skills

• Safe vehicle operation with at least one year of driving experience.
• Customer service and route sales experience.
