Warehouse Worker

About the role

1 Resource Group is looking for motivated and dependable warehouse workers to support the daily operations of its warehouse. You will help receive, handle and ship inventory efficiently and safely, work with your team to keep the warehouse organized and make sure orders are processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Perform cycle counts and help with inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and follow company policies and safety protocols

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs safely
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Forklift operation and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy for documenting inventory and shipments
• Teamwork and communication skills

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00-$20.00 depending on position
