Stock Supervisor - Parental Leave Cover

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join its Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. The role covers parental leave, starting as soon as possible and running through May 2027. It manages back-of-house operations such as stockroom organization and inventory control, while supporting the store team on the shop floor. The supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and keep the stockroom organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock, and prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving KPIs and business targets.
• Improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, independently and as part of a team.
• Act as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
• Contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, proactive, results-driven and detail-oriented, with a calm, solution-focused approach.

What we offer

• Salary of $22-$25 per hour USD before tax, set according to the applicant's profile, skills and experience.
• Fixed-term position covering parental leave until May 2027.
