Warehouse Manager - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

About the role

Full Circle is looking for experienced, hands-on Warehouse Managers to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. The manager supervises employees, controls material movement and inventory, handles shipping and receiving, and ensures each shift meets production and warehouse objectives. Saturday work and overtime may be mandatory depending on production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned shift and supervise, coach and direct associates, material handlers and forklift operators.
• Assign daily work, ensure proper staffing and coverage, and monitor attendance, punctuality and breaks.
• Hold shift-start meetings and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, staging and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory, investigate discrepancies and shortages, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR and Logistics.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE and housekeeping standards, and support employee training and performance development.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely, complete shift reports and hand off to the next manager, and escalate concerns to management.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required; 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift materials occasionally, and work around forklifts and machinery.
• Availability for mandatory Saturdays and overtime when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control and material handling.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices.
• Forklift and material-handling knowledge preferred.
