Receiving and In-House Delivery Supervisor

About the role

AdventHealth in Orlando is hiring a full-time day-shift Receiving and In-House Delivery Supervisor. The supervisor supports overall business objectives and customer satisfaction through inventory and supply chain coordination, trains and supervises staff, and prepares performance reports for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Use technology and software systems to streamline inventory and supply chain processes.
• Train and supervise staff involved in inventory and supply chain operations.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory and supply chain performance to senior management.
• Implement and enforce safety and regulatory compliance standards within the supply chain.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.

Required profile

• 1+ years of previous management experience.
• 3+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Field of study in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Effective communication, ability to work with diverse people in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, and knowledge of inventory control concepts, order sheets, point-of-use applications and par optimization.

Required skills

• Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of perioperative rules and guidelines for clean supply storage, including Surgical Services.
• Preferred: Materials Management Host system, point-of-use applications, materials or supply chain management processes, Lean process improvement, SurgiNet/Cerner experience, and CMRP certification.

The pay range is $55,224 to $102,731. Positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
