Warehouse Associate - 1st & 2nd Shifts

About the role

Full Circle Recruiting is recruiting dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a manufacturing client in Conroe, Texas. The role covers receiving, organizing, moving, picking, packing and preparing materials and products while keeping inventory accurate, quality standards met and the workplace safe. It is open to entry-level candidates and offers a chance to build experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or production setting.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and store incoming materials and products properly.
• Pick, pack, stage and prepare materials or finished products for production or shipment.
• Move materials with carts, pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
• Check quantities, part numbers, labels and documentation on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and help with cycle counts and audits.
• Organize materials, parts, supplies and finished goods in their designated storage locations.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items and support shipping and receiving, including labeling and packaging.
• Deliver materials to production teams and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, complete paperwork accurately and work with supervisors, leads, production and quality staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, inventory or production experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, organized and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality; able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift materials for long periods.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to learn quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment preferred.
• Basic math and inventory-counting skills.
