Vice President, Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Strategy & Operations leads growth initiatives for Mastercard's North America Digital Partnerships and Fintech segment, overseeing strategic execution and high‑priority projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical and strategic insights for DP&F, providing quantitative and qualitative recommendations to NAM and US executive leadership.
• Manage performance tracking across payment trends, regulatory changes, and team targets.
• Drive acceptance modeling for new DP&F opportunities in collaboration with account and finance teams.
• Engage cross‑functional teams as an analytical resource across NAM.
• Supervise a team of three sales analysts, supporting their development and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Passion for Mastercard and a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Experience leading direct or cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑backed recommendations.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA desirable.
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑directed, collaborative, intellectually curious, and action‑oriented.
