Director, Regional Product Management – Marketing Solutions Sales Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is hiring two Directors of Regional Product Management to lead Marketing Solutions Sales Enablement across North America. The role partners with Business Development teams to drive growth, commercialization, and revenue for the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CA&E partner to Business Development, defining and executing segment‑specific sales enablement strategies and value propositions.
• Translate market insights and client feedback into product requirements, roadmap recommendations, and innovation priorities.
• Partner with Business Development to create compelling proposals, lead RFP responses, and support strategic pursuits.
• Develop scalable solution packages, commercial frameworks, and integrated offerings in collaboration with Product teams.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that expand market reach and create new distribution channels.

Required profile

• Experience in fintech, digital banking, merchants, retail, travel, hospitality, or co‑brand card ecosystems.
• Proven track record in sales enablement, product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive pipeline growth and measurable revenue outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
