Vice President, Product Marketing

About the role

The VP of Product Marketing will define and drive positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy for Billtrust’s AI‑powered AR and fintech solutions. Reporting to the CMO, this leader works at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing to create compelling market narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product positioning, messaging architecture, and value‑proposition framework across the full AR lifecycle portfolio.
• Overhaul the product launch process to create high‑impact market moments that shift category perception.
• Build and continuously improve a world‑class sales enablement program, leveraging AI‑powered content generation.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing product marketing team while championing an AI‑first culture.

Required profile

• 12+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a VP‑level role at a SaaS or fintech company.
• Proven track record of defining positioning and messaging for complex, multi‑product portfolios targeting finance or enterprise technology buyers.
• Demonstrated success leading major product launches that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
