Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Cordance is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units in our Education Division. The role will serve as the primary liaison between business units and an external marketing agency to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with business unit goals, collaborating with stakeholders to define target audiences and messaging.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, own timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and coordinate with functional teams and the external agency.
• Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools, continuously testing and optimizing to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment, support enablement, and accelerate opportunities.
• Communicate campaign plans, results, and insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 2 years in campaign management.
• Proven success delivering integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
