Senior Account Executive, Arts & Culture

About the role

BerlinRosen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Arts & Culture team in New York. You will lead daily client relations, manage project deliverables, mentor junior staff, and help shape strategic communications for leading cultural institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high‑profile client accounts.
• Manage clients daily and engage with key reporters and editors.
• Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op‑eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos, communications plans and media pitches.
• Participate in business development opportunities and manage internal client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of communications experience in the arts and culture sector.
• Strong understanding of the art world with a personal interest in visual and performing arts.
• Demonstrated relationships with reporters and a strong news sense.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000 – $95,000 based on experience and skills.
• Hybrid work model (3 days per week in the New York office).
