Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead Billtrust’s go‑to‑market strategy, shaping product positioning, launch, and adoption across the market. This senior, autonomous role works cross‑functionally with Product Management, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Creative Services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning based on deep market and customer insights.
• Own end‑to‑end GTM execution for major product launches, aligning with Revenue Marketing and Product Management.
• Drive thought‑leadership content (webinars, whitepapers, videos) and maintain a best‑in‑class sales enablement toolkit.
• Mentor junior product marketers and foster cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably fintech, payments, or accounts‑receivable software.
• Proven ability to own full‑cycle GTM strategies with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex product capabilities for C‑suite, sales, and customers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude or comparable large language models for research, content creation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset for synthesizing market, competitive, and customer data into strategy.
