Trial Site Solutions Director

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to develop, build, and scale its Trial Site Network (TSN). The role will set strategic direction, grow the network, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to support clinical trials and diagnostic studies.

Key responsibilities

• Define the multi‑year strategic vision for the TSN and set priorities in partnership with Life Sciences and Diagnostics leadership.
• Set product vision and roadmap for TSN‑supporting platform capabilities, working closely with engineering.
• Build and oversee patient recruitment capabilities using EHR‑based matching, tokenized data, and site performance metrics.
• Match sponsor study demand to qualified sites and manage the routing process.
• Define commercial terms of network membership and continuously refine value exchange for sites and Beacon.
• Own institutional relationships, including health‑system contracts, IRB coordination, and master service agreements.
• Develop the operating model and roadmap to take the TSN from framework to a fully operating network.
• Lead sourcing, qualification, and certification of candidate sites, establishing tiered membership criteria.
• Manage site‑facing communications, onboarding, recertification, and ongoing relationship touchpoints.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and reporting cadence to provide visibility into network health and growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics or a regulated environment, with at least 3 years building or scaling a network or partner program.
• Proven ability to launch a structured program from early framework to full operation.
• Strong cross‑functional influence without direct authority over engineering, product, marketing, or legal teams.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms, contracts, or revenue‑sharing arrangements with institutional partners.
• Comfort working with data to track performance, calibrate qualification criteria, and report program health.
