Senior Clinical Implementation Manager (East)

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a senior professional to lead the clinical implementation of its at‑home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostic platform across the Eastern United States. The role is remote, with travel to customer sites, and reports to the National Clinical Implementation Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation for assigned accounts, from kickoff through stable, steady‑state support.
• Deliver demos, build implementation plans, provide clinical education, support go‑lives and post‑launch adoption.
• Develop and maintain reusable training materials, quick‑reference guides, and competency checklists.
• Track utilization, ordering patterns, and workflow adherence; diagnose low usage and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs, renewal discussions, and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Active RPSGT certification.
• 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Proven experience delivering demos, implementations, clinical training, and go‑live support in healthcare settings.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50‑75%.
