Engineer II, Product Processing & Digital Engineering

About the role

The Engineer II will support product data process development for medical devices, creating and maintaining digital product processes and validating enterprise systems. This role works closely with Operations, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT to optimize engineering processes and ensure data continuity from concept through end‑of‑life.

Key responsibilities

• Validate enterprise systems and business processes, and troubleshoot PLM‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve product data and process issues.
• Support data management for pilot production, product development, sustaining engineering and planning.
• Execute validation of product and process systems and data, and provide user training.
• Analyze data and improve processes to ensure robust, repeatable data management.
• Review and develop product process documentation such as work instructions, build records and BOMs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with moderate direction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD tools.
• Experience with enterprise PLM systems.
• Knowledge of validation processes in the medical device industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
