Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Immunology

About the role

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Immunology) will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex global clinical studies in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. This remote position partners with internal teams and external CROs to ensure timely, compliant delivery of Phase 1‑4 trials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy, planning and execution of global Phase 1‑4 immunology trials.
• Manage CRO selection, budgeting, contracting and performance oversight.
• Drive site feasibility, activation, patient recruitment and enrollment monitoring.
• Develop study timelines, risk mitigation plans and operational tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH, local regulations and internal SOPs.
• Support data collection, database lock readiness and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years clinical operations experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior CTM.
• Proven track record managing global multi‑center immunology trials.
• Experience with biologics, monoclonal antibodies or advanced therapies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel up to 20%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC, eTMF and risk‑based monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
