Director, Clinical Marketing

About the role

Lead the integration of clinical evidence, scientific insights, and competitive intelligence into compelling commercial narratives and tools that drive market adoption of neurovascular products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Medical Affairs to define and execute clinical evidence strategies across ischemic, hemorrhagic, and access portfolios.
• Translate complex neurovascular data (RCTs, registries, real‑world evidence) into clear commercial messaging and collateral.
• Develop competitive battlecards, objection‑handling tools, and field‑ready insights for thrombectomy, flow diversion, coiling, and access devices.
• Lead creation of clinical briefs, evidence compendiums, procedural guides, white papers, and digital content for interventional neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons.
• Support KOL engagement, society activities, and major neurovascular congresses, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in clinical or medical device marketing within neurovascular, interventional cardiology, or neurosurgery.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to interpret clinical data and craft compelling commercial messaging.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulatory and claims frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing both physicians and sales teams.
