Associate Specialist, Field Clinical

About the role

Provide technical, clinical, and educational support for all MicroVention products, delivering training and case assistance to physicians and hospital staff while collaborating closely with the North American sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians and hospital staff during neurovascular procedures using MicroVention products, ensuring compliance with instructions for use and best practices.
• Conduct educational and technical training sessions for new technologies and product applications.
• Work with the sales team to support product evaluations, new physician onboarding, and clinical in‑services.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant case image files and complete administrative tasks such as expense reports and stock scans.
• Travel extensively (75‑80%) to provide on‑site case coverage and support.

Required profile

• Technical, associate, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of Angio‑Suite or equivalent interventional experience, preferably in neuro endovascular therapies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel frequently and handle a high volume of on‑site clinical support.

Required skills

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (R.T.), Certified Vascular (CV), Certified Interventional (CI), Registered Nurse (R.N.) or similar endovascular background.
• Knowledge of vascular and neuro anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and iPad usage.
• Neurovascular/peripheral catheterization techniques and product articulation.
