About the role
DOCS Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work as independent contractors providing health readiness services to U.S. military reserve components in the Virgin Islands. The position is primarily weekend‑based with occasional weekday assignments on an as‑needed basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support physical health assessments of military personnel, reviewing health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns, including behavioral health issues, and document findings for readiness classification.
Required profile
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or Commonwealth.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
