Coordinator, Professional Affairs

About the role

The Coordinator, Professional Affairs provides technical, clinical, educational, administrative and operational support to the management of various PACE programs at Terumo Neuro.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the PACE team, including contract submission, tracking and processing.
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, visa coordination and reimbursement for physicians and proctors.
• Organize webinars, conference calls, meetings, databases and training material distribution.
• Maintain equipment inventory, purchase vascular models and reformat PowerPoint presentations.
• Facilitate compliance, route internal documents for approval and prepare program surveys and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1‑3 years of administrative office support experience.
• Excellent organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of Adobe and related graphics programs (preferred).
