Associate/Specialist, Field Clinical – Indianapolis

About the role

Provide technical, clinical, and educational support for MicroVention products, delivering training and case assistance to physicians and hospital staff while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians and hospital staff during neurovascular procedures using MicroVention devices.
• Conduct educational and technical trainings on new technologies and product use.
• Collaborate with North American Sales and Marketing to support product evaluations, new user onboarding, and in‑service programs.
• Develop deep knowledge of MicroVention product applications in neurovascular cases.
• Assist with post‑market surveillance, clinical performance analysis, and research on competitive products.
• Mentor new Field Clinical Team members and present product information on FTC calls.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant case documentation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Technical, associate, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Angio‑Suite setting with neuro endovascular experience preferred.
• At least 3 years in a neuro endovascular role in a hospital, or relevant medical device industry experience.
• Ability to travel extensively (75‑80%) and work in radiation environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with physicians, sales, and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and iPad.
• Knowledge of vascular and neuro anatomy and physiology.
• Experience with neurovascular/endovascular catheterization techniques.
• Ability to recognize normal and abnormal disease processes related to product use.
