About the role
The Kansas Judicial Branch is seeking a Trial Court Clerk II to support the 31st Judicial District in Neosho County. This clerical role involves processing case filings and providing front‑line service to the public and attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Process various types of case filings within the court office.
- Document case activity using the court’s computer system.
- Issue summonses, notices, and other court documents.
- Receive and record filing fees and other financial transactions.
- Answer inquiries and provide information to the public and attorneys.
- Perform related clerical duties as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of clerical experience.
- Familiarity with modern office procedures and practices.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Required skills
- Computer operation.
- Use of standard office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

- Hourly wage of $18.57, increasing to $20.47 after one year of satisfactory performance.
