About the role

Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant and become a key support partner in a fast‑paced personal injury law practice. You will help move litigation matters forward by managing case tasks, preparing documents, and coordinating depositions.

Key responsibilities

• Track active cases and ensure efficient progress.
• Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests.
• Monitor case deadlines and support timely completion of litigation tasks.
• Maintain accurate case records and organized documentation.
• Assist with litigation strategies, review discovery materials, and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Provide proactive, independent support on complex legal assignments while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Law degree required with advanced legal knowledge and litigation experience.
• Personal injury experience preferred; prosecutorial and civil rights litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and legal documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• High organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
