Senior Legal Ops Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Senior Legal Ops Specialist to review, prepare, and coordinate commercial contracts and waiver documentation for the US market. This fully remote position blends legal analysis, operational workflow management, and AI‑driven tools, giving you direct exposure to real business decisions and contract risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Review B2B commercial contracts, identify risk clauses, inconsistencies, and suggest revisions.
• Analyze conditional and unconditional waivers, verify project data, financial figures, and legal logic.
• Manage document review workflows in ClickUp or similar systems, tracking stages, versions, and status updates.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for issue spotting, redlining, and summarising documents, validating outputs manually.
• Prepare structured materials for external counsel and support internal teams on disputes, landlord matters, and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Law with 5+ years of experience in contract review, legal support, or legal operations.
• Proven ability to handle difficult negotiations and stand firm on company interests.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1 minimum).
• Experience working independently in a high‑volume remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for contract analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with ClickUp (or similar workflow platforms).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Google Docs, including tracked changes, commenting, and PDF version control.
