Training Representative

About the role

Esri is looking for a Training Representative in Redlands who uses strong customer service skills to support its software user community. The role coordinates and manages logistics for training classes and supports other trainings and programs, including Esri's User Conference, internal and distributor trainings and training certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all logistics for training classes by collaborating with customers and teams across Esri
• Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support training sales goals and customer experience
• Develop, manage and communicate event details such as requested schedules, staffing, equipment, classroom setup and location
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams on training class coordination
• Enroll wait-listed and cancelled students in classes to increase revenue
• Generate predefined or ad-hoc SAP reports and complete additional tasks as needed

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Ability to work either Eastern Standard Time (8am-5pm ET) or Pacific Standard Time (8am-5pm PT) schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
• Preferred: 4+ years of office experience, 3+ years of customer service experience, knowledge of Salesforce
