Territory Sales Manager – New York City Metro

About the role

AngioSafe, a Bay Area medical‑device company, is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive commercialization of its innovative catheter technology across the New York City Metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals, promote devices, and provide product demonstrations and clinical support.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, office‑based labs (OBLs), and ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze market trends, develop territory plans, and report sales performance and forecasts to leadership.
• Attend medical conferences and industry events to engage key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in peripheral vascular or endovascular devices.
• Established relationships within the NYC Metro market with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, or interventional radiologists.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and navigating Value Analysis Committees.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, PAD and CTO disease states, and procedural workflows.
• Ability to support live peripheral vascular interventions and train physicians on device use.
• Strong business acumen, strategic territory planning, and multi‑touch account penetration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project‑management tools.
